4th Quarter Assessment and PrAISE awarding ceremony held
CATBALOGAN CITY - To evaluate and appraise the accomplishments of CWD employees for the last quarter of 2015, an assessment was set off last January 27, 2016. The Engineering Division commences the presentation, followed by Administrative and General Services, and Commercial and Finance Division.
Various contributions of the employees were put on view to identify how far they reached or even leap over their targets. The said assessment became an avenue in upholding the successes of the employees. The General Manager, Engr. Ralph S. Uy acknowledged how efficient his subordinates in their respective works and kept his words of encouragement to his employees to always get motivated in doing their task.
Awarding ceremony of the second PRAISE (Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence) followed after the assessment, this awards give recognition to the relentless labors of employees in pursuing excellence and job satisfaction in concordance with the mission and vision statement of Catbalogan Water District.
Two types of awards were presented, the Group and
Individual Category, but none qualified for
the group category.
The list of awardees for the Individual Category are as follows:
Meter Reader of the Year - Cristito D. Cinco Best in Punctuality & Attendance - Sonny Cadano
Best in Customer Service - Macario Gabunar Field Worker of the Year - Zaldy A. Mahinay
Plumber of the Year - Macario Gabunar Innovative Employee of the year - Exequiel C. Cabrigas, III
The aforementioned results of awardees were cogitated by PRAISE Committee to facilitate the deliberation as to the fitness of nominees in consideration of the criteria set out by CWD with the affirmation of Civil Service Commission. Meanwhile, open forum was conducted at the end of the activity to cater some queries of the employees.
